What is the largest and smallest excavator you hire?

From 0.8t which fit through a standard doorway up to 30t which can handle most heavy duty excavation jobs


Can you deliver and/or collect plant and equipment?

We offer a collection and delivery service for each item on our extensive plant fleet


Are your lorries available for hire?

Our plant transport vehicles can be hired for 3rd party use or customers own equipment


How far will you travel in terms of hired plant?

We have worked predominently in Kent, but have serviced clients in East and West Sussex, Surrey, Essex, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire


Do you offer self drive and operated plant?

We offer a self drive or an experienced and qualified Keaveney driver option for most of our equipment


What happens if the hired plant breaks down or has a mechanical fault?

Our fleet of vehicles are built by quality manufacturers like JCB, Hitachi and CAT and are regularly serviced but in the unlikely event of a breakdown our own skilled team of service technicians are available on a 24hr service


Do you hire attachments such as breakers, munchers etc?

We offer a full range of attachments to meet almost all your requirements for our plants in our attachment section


Do you have wheeled excavators available for hire?

Our wheeled excavators range from 7.5t up to 17t. View our range here or call us to discuss further


I don’t have an account set up. How do I do this?

Contact our plant hire team who will be happy to assist in creating you an account


Can Keaveney Group supply fuel for the plant and equipment hired?

We can supply plant fully fuelled or supply one of our many sized fuel bowsers


I know some larger equipment require special permission to be transported. Who is responsible for dealing with this?

Our experienced hire desk will ensure that all required movement orders and permissions are obtained in advance of your planned plant delivery if necessary
